Event Activation Proposal
Prepared by Limelogic Media Lab
Why this event makes sense for Summit
Pennywise is one of Summit's most important retail partners. Showing up at their flagship community event is more than brand visibility — it's a relationship investment at the highest level. A well-executed booth puts Caribbean Players directly in the hands of the right consumers, strengthens the Summit–Pennywise partnership, and generates content that extends the event's value long after the day itself.

Planning options
Booth staffing on the day
Available reps: Kamil, Sammi, Kyle. Two people recommended alongside the stylist — one manages the treatment queue and consultations, the other handles product display and the quiz station.
Product sampling and giveaway
A prize draw entry tied to the quiz is the most effective mechanism — it drives lead capture and keeps people engaged with the booth throughout the day. Summit to confirm product allocation and prize value.
Booth branding and display
Tent banner, table display, and product backdrop — Caribbean Players as the hero, secondary lines on supporting tables. We can scope this as a separate deliverable if preferred.
Content coverage on the day
Either approach works. The stylist-in-action moments are genuinely valuable content — raw footage transferred to Limelogic after the event for post-production and scheduling.
